charming stay at the sicilian coast
clean room cute staff sufficient equipment
the room was very clean upon arrival. i also found the staff to be cute. i especially enjoyed the gym. It had enough equipment for a good workout, which i really appreciated. plus, the location helped with my travel plans, so i had a really good time.

The hotel offers easy access to cefalù and palermo. there are regular shuttle services available. the hotel's proximity to major attractions allowed for convenient day trips. I took full advantage of this.

the hotel provides multiple outdoor pools, each with ample sun loungers. i was able to relax by the pool without any issues. the gym features treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines.

I experienced the staff as courteous and efficient. they were always smiling and greeting guests. the cleaning service kept the rooms immaculate daily. I found them very thorough.

friendly staff great drinks super clean room
the staff were friendly at the hotel. the bartenders made great drinks like giovanni and giuseppe. the cleaning service always made my room super clean.

really good cleanliness nice pools spare sun beds beautiful grounds
The hotel maintained really good cleanliness. i found a range of bars and very nice pools! there were plenty of spare sun beds, so i never had to rush to reserve one. the grounds were beautiful. I appreciated the range of activities available.
I found that the location was isolated. It was not ideal who enjoy evening walks. the absence of nearby off-site amenities made exploring the area on foot inconvenient. this was really the only downside to my stay.

repetitive buffet extra cost
despite supposedly having 'all-inclusive', some premium drinks came at an extra cost. it felt a bit cheap. the main buffet felt repetitive.

many choices bbq sauce great bartender broken furniture summer season
i enjoyed the food at the siciliana buffet. there were many choices with pizza and pasta. i ate kentucky style fried chicken with bbq sauce after my flight delay. the beach bar bartenders, giuseppe and davide.
the hotel felt tired to me and like it was nearing the end of the summer season. i saw parts of the pool falling apart. some areas were closed and i noticed broken furniture.

fantastic sicilian getaway
rainfall shower modern gym convenient day trip shaded section
I loved the room. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, really nice. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It allowed me to keep up with my fitness routine. the hotel offered shuttle bus trips, and this made day trips very convenient. the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section, which i found very relaxing.
the tv in the room was limited to news channels, a little disappointing. i would have liked more variety in the entertainment options available on the tv.

The food in siciana buffet was delicious. Many choices were available. i loved the pizza, pasta and many types of meat. the kentucky style fried chicken with bbq sauce was very good after a flight delay. It was a welcome treat.

friendly staff great effort average gym poor air conditioning
The staff at the Extra Time sports bar was very friendly. I liked Nunzio's effort to find me Prosecco (I do not prefer cava).
The gym was a bit average for a hotel claiming 5-star status. The air conditioning did not work properly, so it was about 30 degrees Celsius inside the gym. (It was too hot to exercise there.)
